Perkin Elmer & Iroquois Use Creativity to Promote Back to School |

Some of our CVC members get quite creative in putting together their Back to School Clothes for Kids Projects. They make the whole process fun and informative for their employees while really helping to boost participation in the program. Two that we happened to notice this year are Perkin Elmer and Iroquois Gas transmission Systems.

At Perkin Elmer they used the posters shown above to tell employees what the program is all about and what items would be going to the students. Then they took the next step by personalizing it to individual students such as James, Kaytee and Yandel as you can see from these 3 colorful posters:

If great minds think alike, then you can see that there are great minds at Iroquois as well. They also took the approach of using posters in the form of Report Cards for the students that they were adopting. As you can see from the photo above, Gabriela and Abel are two happy students who have earned an A+ for their appearance for the new school year, and we wish them the same success with their academic performance as well!
